Recap

This is just a recap of the past week and a half.

Thursday (January 26, 2012) I babysat Addy bug again for Mawmaw Barbara to go get her hair done, and we had a much much better day!!!!! We literally slept the whole time hahahaha. But we also had a minor make over minus the make up lol.

Check out the earrings (stick on) and the pony tail!!!! lol

Saturday we went and tried on pageant dresses for Harley, she is going to be in the Moselle School pageant on Monday the 6th. She was in it last year and got top 10, we were so proud of her, she was the only kindergartner that placed in the top 10, and they ranged from grades k thru 3rd. This year we are wearing one of Haley's homecoming dresses, but the pic below is of a purple one she tried on and one she really liked but it was just to big for her!!

Sunday, My baby boy didn't feel good at all, we took him to the Dr. and he weighed 20lbs 2ozs. He had an ear infection in his right ear, and we just real congested, they put him on omniself, aubuteral, and singulair. Poor baby looks like he is going to have allergies like his momma!!! He started taking steps about three weeks ago, but this weekend he really started walking everywhere and he walks with both of his arms out in front of him, I call him my little walking Zombie!!! lol

On another not we are waiting for the arrival of Noah Micah Davis, my cousin Angela's second son, if he doesn't make an appearance by Feb 5th, 2012, they are going to induce her!!!

I have also been on weight watchers now for three weeks, I have lost 12 pounds, only 88 more pounds before I get my ski boat!!!!lol My husband told me if I lost 100 pounds he would buy me a ski boat!! But I am also doing it for my health, I want to stick around and see my babies grow up.

Hayden saw the monster truck show advertise this morning on WDAM, and he said "I would give anything to go see that" so me and B.J. are going to surprise him and take him and Harley to go see it this weekend!!!

Hunter, Hunter, Hunter

As you can tell this post is mostly going to be about Hunter. Hunter is 9 1/5 months, he will be 10 months on the 24th of January. On January 16th, 2012 he took 5 to 10 steps all by himself, so therefore I know our lives are about to get busy in chasing after a little one. But that is ok because I would not have it any other way. He started sleeping in his bed this week all by himself, I just go and lay him down and he goes to sleep. That took several nights, the first night he cried for 18 minutes, the second night was only 3 minutes and the third night was just a "waaaaa" and he was out.

His best friend is Addy Bug, as you can see, she doesn't like his sugars very much, but she is the only one just about that he will give them too. He can say da da, ma ma, mooooooooooo (baaaooooooo), and sounds like he say hey, but not sure on that one yet. He is a very happy and content baby. He does not want anyone to take anything out of his hands, or he will holler at you. He loves bath time, and he loves his bubby and sissy!!!!! He has been a blessing to all of us!!!!

He loves to eat more than anything, he could have just eaten a whole bottle and his own supper but you let him see you with something to eat he is coming to see you. Ever since he was a tiny feller mom and I always said he could smell food, because he would wake up out of a dead sleep if we were making something to eat!!! He is also a Daddy's boy, he loves his daddy, he loves the four-Wheeler, and he loves poppa G's moooo cows!!!!

Hunter you are a precious angel and we all love you very!!!!!

My Mommy:One Special Lady!!!

So this blog is going to my mom, I always knew she was a special lady, but I found out just how special she was this past Friday. A little history first, My mom worked at USM for 25 years, and the only reason she retired is to come home to keep my babies for me, (Harley and Hayden), so I could go back to school and finish my B.S. degree, which I did. That all by itself makes my mom special to me, but after my babies grew up they started JCJC daycare, but considering I work in Columbia, MS, she was the one that had to take them every morning and pick them up, I will never be able to repay my mom and dad for all they do for me!! Then mine started Kindergarten, and I don't think my mom has ever not had a child she babysat, she had Nathan, which is my cousin's little boy, she kept Kali and Kayla on the days their mom had to work, more cousins. Now Hunter came along and Miss Addy Bug, which is my first cousin's little girl and my best friend in the whole wide world!!!!! I have no idea how I would ever survive without my mommy!! I love you very much!!!

Ok, so Friday my mom has two dr. appointments, I told her I will stay home and keep Hunter and Addy Bug. So it started off like any other day, I put Harley and Hayden on the bus, then me and Hunter played at my mom's house until Addy came. Then Addy got there and her and Hunter played and everything was fine and dandy.
Until Mawmaw Barbara left, then Addy went crawling every where to look for her and when she realized she wasn't there, well let's just say she did not like it at all. So her mom said she could have a bottle around 9:30 or 10:00, guess what, we were taking a bottle around 8:30, then she went to sleep along with Hunter both asleep in my arms in the rocking chair, so I got up and laid both of them down which lasted a whole 15 minutes, so I went and got both of them and we rocked again and just stayed there asleep for a long while. Then I thought ok I got this we are ok, wrong answer, Addy realized hey your not Mawmaw Barbara, and Hunter just kept looking at Addy and I'm sure thinking, you never cry what is wrong with you!!! Any way so we got down on the floor and played for a minute and 11:00 came around and both were getting hungry, so I got highchairs out and got all settled and the feeding started.
All was going well again until I got confused and gave Addy Hunter's green beans, she made a horrible face and spit, from then one it was down hill, she did not want me to feed her anymore!!! During this time I texted my mom asking if they got a bath everyday after they eat, she said not usually, why? I was thinking we have to get a bath both of them had there lunch all over them from head to toe. I sure am thinking wow my mom is one special lady!!!!!! So our next adventure goes on, the bath tub. We get in, we play, we wash hair, we bathe, and we go to get out, we start crying again.

You would think I would be a pro at taking care of two babies at one time, but nope that helped me none on this day!!! lol. So we get out of the bath tub and get diapers on and get to the rocking chair, and we all fall asleep. We are were exhausted I think!!! This is how mom found us when she came home!!!

Now I don't want ya'll thinking Addy bug is a bad baby because in no way form or fashion she is not, she just missed her Mawmaw Barbara, I think she loves her just a little!!!

Birthday Weekend for Harley and Hayden

The babies (I know they aren't babies anymore, but they are to me) turned seven last Wednesday, so we asked them what they wanted to do and they wanted to go to 22 grees (32 degrees) and to see a movie. So here is the outline to our weekend. Friday night, me and my mom and Hunter went to Old Water Mill and ate, they were some kind of busy, but it was so good. Then saturday our adventure begins, all the kids were up and watching cartoons (the pic above), then they cleaned their room. B.J. was trying his hand at being a brick layer this weekend also, he built ours and mom's mailboxes into a nice double brick mailbox, and I have to admit when he started talking about this project, I was thinking no way, this will never work. But by Sunday night when it was all said and done and built, it really looks GREAT.

I know that is not a great picture of it, but it was getting dark when he finished it. I'm very proud of our new mailboxes, momma says it makes her house look fancy!! lol. Any way back to the birthday, we left the house around 3:00 and met Mawmaw Barbara, Aunt Leslie, Shelby, Haley, and Cambrea at the movie. The movie started at 3:55 the babies wanted to see "We bought a Zoo", great movie, but poor B.J. got the shaft, Hunter was sound asleep and just being great thru the movie and the a huge lion roared and scared the poor baby to death, so that woke him up and then from then on he just didnt want to sit there any more so B.J. took him to the truck and played with him out there for the remaider of the movie :(. On the other hand Harley and Hayden loved the movie and had a great time, from there we went to Little Toyoko, a first for my family, but Shelby's and her family's favorite, it was great food and great show, but our
hibachi table quit so they had to finish cooking in the kitchen. It was also the first time I tried Sushi, and I didn't hate it!!! lol. Then we went to the famous 32 degrees, the kids had a blast they love that place. Then to end the night we took then to target and Aunt Leslie and B.J. and I bought them a birthday present, Hayden chose a super mario game for his DS and a motorcycle toy, and Harley got a Horse for one of her dolls and a Zoobles game for her DS. All in All it was a Great weekend, I love my family and am very blessed.

SN: Hunter is still sleeping all night long, and in his bed. He has two teeth on the bottom and is cutting four teeth at one time on the top. He weight 19 lbs 13 ozs, and is just a happy baby. Harley made great grades on her report card, and weighs 76 lbs. Hayden also made great grades on his report card and weighs 53 lbs. I have started the Petal Family Y and weight watchers, so i can get into shape this year!!! Wish me luck!!!

It's a New Year!!!

So i have been told by a very special person to me that I am not a good blogger, and considering I have not blogged since July I guess i will agree with her, Brook. Any way I am going to do way better this year, a new start.

As you can see Hunter has grown he is now 9 months old and had a great first Christmas. Harley and Hayden turned 7 January 4th, 2012, they also had a great time at Christmas. They treat Hunter lik a little baby doll, he is one tuff kid!! This weekend we are going to take Harley and Hayden to the movies and to eat at 32 degrees for their birthday because that is what they want to do, with three of the cousins, Shelby, Haley, and Cambrea.

This is a sad day today, one of my classmates passed away last night, Emily Shows, she was the sweetest, most kind person you have ever met. Heaven received a precious angel!! But it has also made me do some thinking that even though we are still young, we never know when our time is going to come. I thank God every day for my blessing he has given me in my life. My family mean the world to me!!!

I am thinking this is going to be a great year, Hunter is going to turn one in March. Harley and Hayden are going to finish 1st grade and move on to 2nd grade, hopefully (jk), me and B.J. will be married 8 years in April. I cant wait to see what else God has in store for me and my family.

Harley,

You are just beautiful to me, and I love you very much. You are a spitting image of me, at least that is what every one tells me. You are a great help with Hunter, and i appreciate that more than you know. I can't believe you turned 7 this year, you are no longer a baby, but you will always be my baby. You are very creative, you love to draw, and make things, and your really good at it also. You are growing up and I'm not sure I like it, but I am loving the big girl you are becoming.

Hayden,

You are a handsome little boy, you look just like your uncle Travis, and I also love you very much also!! You, of course, are also 7, which means your not a baby anymore either. You wanted Cologne for Christmas this year because you wanted to be like your daddy, that made me sad, because that is when i realize you were really growing up. You love to dance, sing, and most of all be mischievous. You can be the biggest help when you want to be. I love the big boy you are growing up to be, and i thank God for you every day!!!

At least i still have one baby left, you look like your daddy to me, but he doesn't seem to think so. You are not walking yet, you have two teeth on the bottom and you are cutting four teeth at one time on top. You are saying dada, buh, bye bye, and mooooo, not momma yet :(. You are crawling and pulling up everywhere. You stay with Mawmaw Barbara everyday, and I think you love every minute of it, Addy Bug also stays with you!!!! I love you very much also and am glad i have been blessed with you!!!

I don't know what in the world i would do without my best friend!!! I know we have our ups and downs, but we survive and we always will!!! I love you very much and will always. You have no idea what you mean to me, and how much i appreciate EVERYTHING you do. I trully believe you are my soul mate, and we will be together forever.
